Instructors from Boise Elementary Spanish (BES) organization will provide activities that help build vocabulary and conversation skills. This is event is open to all ages!

Chill Out

Take a deep breath and live in the moment at Meditation 101: the Pause Button. From 12pm to 1pm on Wednesdays in July, you can “hit pause” on your busy life and reduce stress with meditation. You can purchase a four class pass for $40 or pay $13 for a single class/drop-in fee.

Shake It Up

Try something new at the Intro to Belly Dance class on Saturday, August 19th, from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Belly Dance is an inclusive dancing that accepts all dancers of shapes, sizes, and ages.

Bake Off

This class may have the longest title, but you’ll walk away knowing how to make a delicious treat. “You Don’t Have to Bake Like Julia Child to Make a Galette” teaches attendees how to make a flaky pie crust that will be transformed into a rustic hand pie filled with your favorite savory or sweet treats. Interested? The class is on Wednesday, August 23rd, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and is $30.

Make Something

Stop buying body wash! On September 28th, you can craft your own soap at Soapmaking: Start to Finish. Learn from start to finish how to create your own delicious smelling soap, including how to use essential oils. Each participant will go home with 10 bars of soap and a mold to make their own!
