Calling all brides—The Wedding Party Show at the Boise Centre is the best place to be in January!

The Wedding Party Show Boise Centre Idaho

Any bride knows that planning a wedding is a big undertaking. The Wedding Party Show is the perfect place to meet various vendors at one spot in one weekend.

On Saturday, January 7th, from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, January 8th, from 11am to 4pm, brides can visit with more than 160 vendors at the Boise Centre. Tickets are $7 online, and $10 the day of the show.

Three fashion shows will take place over the weekend event, with two shows on Saturday at 12pm and 3pm, and Sunday at 2pm.

Download the BrideScan Mobile App before you go! This app allows you to scan a QR code that will be present at every vendor booth. Interested? Scan the code and keep track of what vendors you want to reach out to after the event, along with a rating system to indict your level of interest.

You’ll find plenty of tips on the Wedding Party Show’s website and blog. Check out the free wedding planning timeline guide and checklist, or information about marriage laws in Idaho.

Here are a few tips that the show has for brides that plan to attend:
1. Bring address labels/business cards. Many of the vendors will ask you for contact information and enter you in drawings to win prizes. Use computer printed cards with your information or business cards to save time!
2. Create a wedding only email. This will help you keep all your wedding information in one account.
3. Purchase your tickets online. Save time and money by using promo code FBFAN when pre-purchasing tickets online.
4. Grab a notebook. With more than 160 vendors, this is a great way to remind yourself who you connected with and what they offered. Grab their brochure, add it to your notebook and include notes!
5. Get ready to write a check. Some vendors offer special show discounts if booked the day of the show. Certain vendors can only handle one wedding per day and their date books fill quickly. For that must-have vendor, be ready to reserve your date!

What else do newlyweds need after they throw the perfect wedding? Usually a new home! If you and your future husband are looking for a new house, contact Thinking Boise and we’d love to help!
