The Boise River may be closed for floating, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still celebrate our favorite body of water! 10 Barrel Brewing’s Boise Tubeapalooza is the perfect place to make merry this summer.

On Saturday, July 22nd, from 5pm to 10pm, 10 Barrel Brewing will be taking over downtown Boise to revel in all that the City of Trees loves: the great outdoors, beer, food, music, and games.

The waterslide is an essential part of Boise Tubeapalooza that you’ll want to partake in, so be sure to wear something you don’t mind getting wet in!

The master of ceremonies for the event is Nick Shoemaker, aka Yeti on the Mic. Enjoy Yeti’s wise cracks and smooth emcee skills while enjoying all Tubeapalooza has to offer.

Three different music acts will take the stage to provide tunes for you to dance to. From 5pm to 6pm, enjoy the unique sounds of Cedar Teeth, an Oregon band that features a guitar, banjo, keys, and trombone.

Arcata, California-based band, Diggin’ Dirt, will rock the event with Roots Rock Reggae, Afrobeat, and Heavy Funk. Object Heavy will play their mix of soul, hip hop, and funk from 8pm to 9:30pm.

If you’re worried you’ll get snackish during the festivities, you can grab a bite from Mad Mac and Wetos Locos. Is there anything more tasty than mac and cheese, or tacos, after sliding down a waterslide or listening to some funky tunes? Don’t forget to grab a beer for only $4!

This year’s Boise Tubeapalooza will take place in the parking lot on 11th Street and Bannock Street, next to El Korah Shrine. This event is only for those 21 and older.
