A Taste Of Italy At Cucina Di Paolo
You don't have to travel to Tuscany or even Rome to find a delicious Italian meal. Make your way down Vista Road in Boise, where you'll find Cucina di Paolo.
Established in 1993 by Paul and Mary Jean Wegner, Cucina di Paolo quick became a staple in Boise thanks to the restaurant's offerings of take-n-bake lasagna. Now the restaurant has expanded to include numerous dishes, including the Italian basics such as ravioli and Chicken Parmesan.
Best part? You can eat lunch at the restaurant, while grabbing something to heat up for dinner later. Cucina di Paolo's mission is "to provide you with freshly prepared, flavorful, and tasty food that is conveniently packaged for you to take home and heat and serve." It's always great when dinner preparations get a little bit easier.
Hosting a party? Consider having Cucina di Paolo cater your event and your guests are sure to be pleased. From prosciutto wrapped melon to filet mignon, the restaurant has numerous options that will fit a variety of events.
Next time you are wondering what to bring to the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, you may want to give Cucina di Paolo a call. The restaurant creates picnic baskets that are great meals for when you're watching a live show.
If you aren't in the mood for Italian (we promise, we aren't judging), Cucina di Paolo also prepares tasty Northwest American foods, such as their well-known chicken pot pies.
Check out the website for the weekly specials menu and try not to drool on your computer.
You can visit Cucina di Paolo at 1504 Vista Avenue in Boise from Tuesday through Friday, from 11am to 7pm, and on Saturday from 12pm to 6pm.
