There’s no better way to kick off the ski season than at the annual Pray for Snow Winter Ale Festival.

pray for snow winter ale festival boise idaho 2016On Saturday, November 19th, from 2pm to 9pm, patrons will gather to enjoy cold ones from more than 40 breweries.

Three live DJs will be on hand to spin tunes during the festival, providing a lively atmosphere. Stop by the Sturman’s Smokeshop cigar tent if you want to relax while lighting up.

If you aren’t a big beer fan, or just want a break from the brews, then stop by one of the TIATO bars (Tom Grainey’s, Whiskey Bar, and Silly Birch) to sip on whiskey. Samplings will be available of Jameson, Four Roses, Jack Daniels, Elijah Craig, and more.

You can grab a bite to eat at one of the many Boise restaurants, or from one of the delicious food trucks that will be downtown for the festival.

Get prepared for the winter season by visiting the ski and snowboard vendors that will be on hand, as well as the three ski resorts in attendance.

The Pray for Snow Winter Ale Festival is located in the Republic Parking Lot at the corner of 5th Street and Grove Street, next to Tom Grainey’s. Tickets are available for $25 and can be purchased here.
