Monthly Social Hour

The nonprofit has a monthly social hour where women can mingle and listen to a special speaker. This past social hour featured Maureen O’Toole, CEO Girl Scouts of Silver Sage Council, speaking on “Building Women Leaders One Cookie at a Time.”

Keep an eye out for the May social hour information and speaker!

Go Lead Idaho Spring Training

This April and May, you can participate in the Go Lead Idaho Spring Training 2017. There are two remaining workshops that you can attend to sharpen your skills.

Workshops are on Tuesdays with lunch provided. The workshops are only one hour long to stay within your lunch hour and are at the Boise City Hall in the Council Chambers. Register quickly because these fill up! Each workshop is $25 each.

The April 25th workshop is titled “You’re Worth It. Leading by Asking for More Money” with salary coach Stacie Dagres as the speaker. This workshop will teach you how to ask for more money at your job and help to close the gender wage gap.

“Leading by Being Well: Why Health Helps Your Career” is the topic for the May 9th workshop. Cathy Light, CEO of Lideranca Group, will speak about how taking care of yourself is an important part of your career path.
