Okay, I know Meridian is not really a "destination" in the way McCall and Sun Valley are, but The Village at Meridian is a place people can't stop talking about. Shopping, food, movies, and bowling all in the same location? I get it, but I'm calling it a destination because Boiseans go and spend the whole day out there with friends and family.

And, honestly, I think the outdoor skating rink is pretty special. It's fun to watch new skaters make their way cautiously around while the more experienced get to show off a bit. It's a nice new winter tradition in the Treasure Valley, and a good reminder of why so many want to raise kids here.
