If you’re thinking about getting inked, there’s no better place to find a great tattoo artist than at the Treasure Valley Tattoo Convention from May 19th to the 21st.

You can browse and meet more than 60 tattoo artists, including some who have come all the way from Japan and Russia! With 23 shops and multiple vendors present, you’ll be in tattoo heaven at the Treasure Valley Tattoo Convention.

This isn’t your normal convention. Just two of the featured vendors that will be present are Rawhide Cycles, a local vintage motorcycle shop, and Skin and Bone Curiosities, a Boise-based artist who focuses on taxidermy. You can view a list of vendors here.

See artwork by tattoo artists from around the country, including Royal Tiger Tattoo in Austin, Texas, Cathedral Tattoo Co in Salt Lake City, and our own local Snake River Tattoo.

The event is from 2pm to 11pm on Friday, May 19th, 12pm to 10pm on Saturday, May 20th, and on Sunday, May 21st, the convention is open from 12pm to 8pm.

A day pass ticket is $20, or you can purchase a weekend pass for $40. Are you military or a first responder? Tickets are $15 for you. Click here for more information.

This is a family friendly event, with a child tattoo competition, involving washable markers, taking place. Admission is free for kids 14 and under with an adult.
